Hi Daddy: Day 4

Hi Daddy! I'm a little concerned about Mom. Ever since we got here, all she eats is pizza, Mighty Taco and beef on weck. Strange.

Anyhow, today Mom and I had lunch with Great Mama, Debbie and Donna. Granny has been friends with Debbie and Donna since preschool!

Then we went to say goodbye to Lana. Mom is really going to miss her.

Then we went to meet Ron at the Dockside. It was really sunny out but I was prepared.

Here is me with Carolyn.

Here is me with Granny and Grandpa. Then we stopped to say goodbye to the Kasslers. I love it there - they always make me laugh.

I love you, Daddy! I can't wait to see you tomorrow!

Hi Daddy: Day 3

Hi Daddy! I had a pretty rough night last night, but when I woke up I got to hang out in bed with Granny. It was awesome.

I was feeling a lot better, so Mom took me to visit with Lana, Lilah and Lula. Lula was also feeling pretty lousy, so we just hung out at home. Something really cool happened - Lula stood up! We were all really excited.

They are a lot of fun, Daddy. This is a picture of them singing the fireman song to me.

When we got home, Mom, Granny and I jumped in the car and went to meet Grandpa and Carolyn at Shannon Pub. Mom loves it there.

Then Mom dropped me off at the Kasslers so she and Katy could hang out for a while. I was sad that I couldn't play with Katy, but I know Mom was looking forward to spending some alone time with her friend. Plus, the Kasslers are super cool and their friend John was there.

Daddy, I miss you very much. I'm having a lot of fun in Buffalo but would have more fun if you were here with me. I love you, Daddy!

Happy Birthday, Aunt Liz! I can't wait to finally meet you on Saturday!

Hi Daddy: Day 2

Hi Daddy! Today was Great Mama's birthday, so Mom, Granny, Jory, Great Grandma Pokorski, Sherrie and I had a party for her. We ordered pizza and wings and Mom got an ice cream cake from Andersons. Jory took a million pictures of me - I can't wait to see them.

Then Mom and I went to meet Lana, Eric, Lilah and Lula. We went to her brother's house and sat outside and had a barbecue. That didn't stop Mom from getting more Mighty Taco. Eric was a champ and had one with her - so as not to make her feel lonely.

Here are some pictures from the barbecue.

When we got home Granny and Grandpa played with me for a long time. That Grandpa is one silly guy!

Here are some pictures of us.

Daddy, I miss you. I love you very much. Thank you for my teddy bear.

Hi Daddy!

Hi Granny! Since you and I are together this week and my Dad is far away, I hope you don't mind if I use this to talk to my Dad a little. I'm having lots of fun with you!

Hi Daddy! Today was a very big day! As you know, Mom and I said goodbye to our house and left New Jersey for good. We were very sad to leave. This is a picture of me on the front porch. If you look really closely you can see Poppy in the doorway.

Then I got to take my very first flight! Everyone was giving Mom and me dirty looks at the beginning. Mom said it was because everyone expected me to cry and be miserable. I showed them! I didn't make a peep the whole flight. Everyone was a lot nicer on the way out and offered to help Mom with the suitcases and stuff.

This is me on the airplane.

When we got off the airplane Aunt Mira, Uncle Jack, Great Mama and Jory were waiting for us! Aunt Mira and Uncle Jack were getting on an airplane to Wales and Jory was there to drop them off. Great Mama came because she just couldn't wait to see me.

This is me with Uncle Jack.

Katy also met us at the airport to help Mom with all of the suitcases and stuff. Katy, Jory, Mom and I all went to Mighty Taco for lunch. I dressed up special for the occasion.

Katy, Mom and I ran around buying stuff for the trip (a place for me to sleep for starters) and then we stopped at her house so Mom could install the carseat base. The Kasslers are awesome - I will play with them more later. Mr. Kassler makes the craziest faces!

Then I finally got to see Granny. It was so wonderful to see her again.

Grandpa came home a little while later and we all had an awesome night.

I miss you, Daddy! I wish you were here with us!

p.s. Happy Anniversary Aunt Liz and Uncle Ryan!
p.p.s. I am two months old today! Because of all of the traveling I don't have my picture to attach. Stay tuned.

Goodbye House

Hi Granny! Today was a crazy day. The movers came to pack and move all of our stuff to California. I knew it was going to be a doozy, so I decided to sleep until 6 am, have a little drink, and then sleep until 8:30. I got to sleep the last 2 hours on my Dad! That made me happy because I'm not going to see him again until Saturday. I'll really miss him. This is a picture of me and my Dad at the truck stop. We had to go there to watch the movers weigh our truck.

Granny, I'm really excited to see you tomorrow! I'm also excited to see Grandpa, Great Mama, Aunt Mira, Katy and Tracy. And I finally get to meet Lana, Lilah and Lula! And Uncle Jack and Jory and Carolyn! And the rest of the Kasslers! I hear that Mrs. Kassler makes some really good oatmeal scotchies. Hopefully she will have some at her house.

I love you, Granny! I'll see you tomorrow!

Last Days in NJ

Hi Granny! There isn't much to report this weekend. My Mom and Dad have been busy getting ready for the move. The guys are coming tomorrow to take all of our stuff to California. I also have my first cold. My Mom and I had to sit in the bathroom with the shower on and the door closed last night so I could breathe in the steam. She told me that you used to do the same with her when she was congested.

I love you, Granny! Here are some pictures of me sleeping.

More Shots!

Hi Granny! Oh, Granny, they did it again. My Mom took me to the doctor and they gave me shots! This time there were four of them. It made me very sad.

After the doctor, we went to PwC so my Mom could have her exit interview. Unfortunately, Ben and Christine weren't there, but I did get to see most of my friends. Sarah even took me into her office for a long time.

This is a picture of me with Laura, Kristin and Janine.

Then we went to lunch with Laura, JC, Sal and Rob. Sarah came after we were done eating.

This is me with Sal.

Granny, it was very sad to say goodbye to my friends, but I am very happy that my Mom will be able to stay home with me. I love you, Granny! Only 4 more days!

Oh Boy

Hi Granny! Today my Mom, Dad and I were supposed to go to Yankee Stadium to see the Yanks beat the Rays. It was my Mom's Mother's Day gift from my Dad. I've been really excited about this for a long time. But when it was time to go, a babysitter showed up and I had to stay home. I was really bummed - I had even put on my Yankee gear!

Well, Granny, it turns out that my Mom and Dad were smart to leave me home. They got into an accident on the NJ Turnpike on the way to the game. Don't worry, everyone was fine. They were stopped and a Mercedes slammed into the car behind them going full speed. But guess what. My Mom is such a big Yankee fan that they decided to cross their fingers that the car would hold up and drove to the game anyway. That's dedication.

I love you, Granny! I'll see you in 5 days!

Last Wednesday

Hi Granny! Today is my last Wednesday in New Jersey. Next Wednesday I will be with you in Buffalo and the Wednesday after that I will be with Uncle Ryan and Aunt Liz in California. I can't wait to meet them!

Last night my Mom, Dad, Magen and Aunt Candace dropped me off at my Grammy and Grandpa Harold's house so they could all go out for hibachi. Can you imagine? They wanted to go without ME! My Mom mumbled something about the fire being dangerous, but I didn't buy it.

Here I am with my babysitters.

Magen left this morning. My Mom was so sad that she forgot to take a picture! Then my Grammy showed up 5 minutes later to take us out for lunch. She brought presents for my Dad, but Poppy seems to think that the presents were for her!

This afternoon my Mom and I went to visit my Aunt Lynda. We had tons of fun (we always do).

I love you, Granny! I'll see you in 6 days!

Magen: Day 2

Hi Granny! Today I really got to know Magen. First we went to the bagel shop.

Then we went to the grocery store.

Then we finally went home to relax. That's where I found out just how comfortable Magen is. Oh, and check out all my different outfits. I like to call them costume changes. My Mom doesn't like them too much because it usually means I had an accident. I had lots of accidents today...

I love you, Granny! I'll see you in 8 days!

Magen's Here!

Hi Granny! My Mom, Dad and I had a really nice day today. We relaxed a lot and then they took me on a super long walk. This is me with all of my toys.

It sure takes a lot to keep me entertained!

My new friend Magen came to visit tonight. I'd show you a picture, but my Mom was too lazy to take one. I promise that tomorrow I will cry and scream until she takes some.

I love you, Granny! I'll see you in 9 days!

Enough Tattling

Hi Granny! I'm a little annoyed with my Mom and Dad today. We had friends over and they spilled the beans about my sleeping habits. In fact, I'd go so far as to say they were complaining. About me! Look at this face - would you complain about me?

I decided that the best payback was to make them look like liars. So, I spent the whole afternoon sleeping on Sara's belly. I can't wait to meet that baby in there.

These are my friends Renee and Beaux. Apparently his real name is Ari, but my Dad calls him Beaux. Don't we kind of look like we're posing for our family Christmas card?

Don't worry, Granny, as soon as they all left I cried for the rest of the night. That'll show them!

I love you, Granny! Only 10 more days.

Don't Blame Me!

Hi Granny! Today my Mom, Dad and I went shopping for new sneakers for my Mom. Apparently none of her shoes fit her any more. Somehow she blames me for this. Granny, I have no idea how I could have caused her feet to grow. I'm only a baby!

Then we went out for dinner at Maggianos. Everyone there was telling my Mom how cute I am. It's true.

I love you, Granny! Only 11 more days!

Officially a Jersey Girl

Hi Granny! This morning I was a little concerned that my Mom was going to stay in her pajamas all day like yesterday, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I peed all over her. Guess what, Granny - it worked!

It turns out that it wasn't necessary (good thing it was funny) since we had a lunch date planned with Sara, Andrew and my new friend Aubrey. My Mom says that Sara looks entirely too good for being 37 weeks pregnant.

This is me with Sara.

This is me with Andrew.

This is me with Aubrey.

This evening I finally became a true Jersey girl - I went to my first mall. The Cherry Hill Mall was the site of the first of what my Mom says is many trips that she and I will take to the mall. I gotta say, this mall place is pretty cool!

I love you, Granny! Only 13 more days!

A Baby in a Bar?

Hi Granny! Today my Mom wore her pajamas until 3 pm! I don't think she would have changed if we didn't have an engagement to attend.

Today was the shower for my Mom's coworker, Mike. He is marrying a wonderful girl named Maggie. My Mom and I went into the city for the occasion and I got to go to my first bar! My Mom was afraid they wouldn't let us in, but apparently there is nothing wrong with bringing a baby to a bar. Except, of course, that there is a baby in the bar.

I got to see my friend Ben again. He didn't bring Noah - maybe he thinks that a baby doesn't belong in a bar.

This is me with Christine, Sarah, Laura and Maggie. Maggie is getting married this weekend!

This is me with my friend Rob. We had a really nice time together.

Then I threw up on him.

I love you, Granny! I will see you in two weeks!
