BBQ!

Hi Granny! Today was a great day. It started off early (there is just too much to do to waste time sleeping) - we got up around 5 am! I was up a LOT last night. Then my Mom and I went to meet Grammy and Grandpa Harold at Victoria Gardens.

This afternoon my Mom and I went to Aunt Liz and Uncle Ryan's house for a barbecue.

Here is me with Aunt Liz. She was dancing with me - it was SO much fun.

Some of my old friends were there, like Brendan and Giselle, and there were tons of new friends. There were TWO girls named Kate and both were fabulous. This is me with Kate Cross. She likes Broadway show tunes just like my Mom.

My Mom made us leave before I was ready. Granny, we were the first people to leave! But I feel better because I get to see Aunt Ryan and Uncle Liz on Wednesday.

I love you, Granny! I hope that Aunt Becky's wedding was wonderful. See you Thursday!

Grammy's Here!

Hi Granny! Guess what! My Grammy and Grandpa Harold came to visit me! This morning, my Mom and I went shopping with Grammy - Granny, my Grammy is a shopping pro. She sure knows how to navigate a mall. She bought me some awesome clothes. Later on we all went out to dinner. What an amazing day!

I love you, Granny! Can't wait to see you next week!

It's Over! Finally!

Hi Granny! Granny, let me tell you a story. Before I was born, my Mom and Dad made the stupid decision to take the California bar exam. Why this was stupid, you may ask? Well, neither my Mom nor my Dad need to pass the bar right now. Plus, it took away valuable time they could have spent with me.

So, for the past few weeks, my Mom and Dad have been in terrible moods because they have had to spend all of their free time studying. They don't have too much free time as it is, since I try as hard as I can to take up as much of their free time as possible.

Anyhow, it is finally over. My Mom and Dad spent the past three days taking the bar exam and we can finally get on with our lives. We went out to celebrate tonight at our favorite Japanese grill.

Granny, today is my Aunt Candace's birthday! I want her to know that I love her very much and I wish her a very happy birthday. This is the only picture I have with her - it was taken when I was just a little baby.

I love you, Granny! One week from today you and I will be together. I can't wait!

Who Is That Baby?

Hi Granny! I think I'm being stalked. Every time I look into a mirror, I keep seeing the same baby! She is very good looking and seems like a lovely gal, but I don't understand why she has to go everywhere I go.

I love you, Granny!

First Day of Daycare

Hi Granny! Today was my first day of daycare. I was really excited because my Mom and Dad kept saying that I was going to daycare at my Dad's office. So, of course I thought that I would get to hang out with my Dad all day. Nope!

I got all dressed up and was ready to see my Dad. Needless to say, I was a touch disappointed when I realized that my Dad wasn't going to actually be playing with me.

Anyhow, it turned out to be great! I was there for 5 hours and met some new friends. I even got my first report card!

I love you, Granny!

Studying is Boring

Hi Granny! My Mom and Dad are studying for this stupid test. You know what that means? Instead of playing we are listening to stupid CDs about stupid laws (by the way, what in the world is a tort?) and going places to study. Yuck. Even they don't seem to like it and they are boring.

Maybe if I sit on their books they will put an end to this madness.

Sitting is Tough

Hi Granny! My Mom and Dad put me in the chair today because they thought it would be adorable. It would have been even more adorable if they let me wear two socks. Hmph.

At first it seemed really easy. Then I got a little tired.

And, really, this is a much more comfortable position.

I love you, Granny!

Uncle Ryan's Thumb

Hi Granny! Last night my Mom, Dad and I went out for dinner with Aunt Liz and Uncle Ryan. We had sushi - even my Mom tried some. I was stuck with a bottle again.

Since I was only offered a bottle, I decided to find something else to munch on. Uncle Ryan's thumb did the trick. And, Granny, it was delicious.

Doritos!

Hi Granny! So, my Mom is always talking about Doritos and complaining that they no longer make the Spicy Nacho version. Not all that surprisingly, she was wrong - we found them at Target today. Now, I've never tasted a Dorito, but my Mom tells me that you always say that Doritos make my Mom's breath smell like an old man's. Anyhow, while I'm bummed that I can't eat Doritos yet, I must say that the bag does taste good.

I love you, Granny!

Sassy

Hi Granny! This is my friend Sassy. I named her Sassy because her label says "Sassy" - I'm not very creative yet. My other doll is named Dolly.

My Aunt Candace gave her to me when I was just a little baby.

She doesn't have any hands - just wood circles where her hands should be.

That makes it easy for me to hold her.

And they taste good, too.

I love her very much. My Mom also loves her - mostly because when I'm playing with her I am a happy baby.

I love you, Granny!

Doggie Play Date

Hi Granny! On Wednesday my Mom and I went on a play date to our new friend Jutta's house.

My cousin Patty was there. The adults ate a yummy lunch that Jutta made. I was stuck eating a bottle.

Jutta has two dogs - Lucy and Ricky. At first I wasn't too sure about them.

I mean, I have cats and love them, but the only dog I know is Bonnie (who is super nice).

By the end, we were all really good friends.

Yummy

Hi Granny! I love sucking on my hand.

My fingers are just so yummy.

And they go everywhere with me.

So I never have to go without something in my mouth.

I love you, Granny!
