He's Back!

Hi Granny!  This morning my Mom and I went to the airport to pick up my Dad.  I was sure he would be there when I walked in, but he was nowhere to be found.

I tried calling him, but no one answered.

Since I obviously had to wait for him, I decided to pick out some reading materials.

I learned a lot about fun things to do in the Ontario, California area.

Then, all of a sudden, I saw my Dad coming down the stairs.  Finally!

Rosh Hashanah

Hi Granny!  Yesterday was Rosh Hashanah, so my Mom baked Great Mama's challah.  It looked really good.

I couldn't decide how to tackle bread that big, so I decided to just dig in.

Then I tried with no hands.

After I got my fill of bread, I had some turkey, green beans, stuffing, and sweet potatoes.  Yummy!

Lula's Birthday Party

Hi Granny!  Didn't we have fun at Lula's birthday party?  I had a great time in the bouncy house.

I loved all of the different vehicles they had there.  Like this one.

And this one.

And this one.

I also got a balloon made specially for me.

And I stood very still while a butterfly was painted on my arm.

The Bills

Hi Granny!  I have so many things to write about this trip, but today I can only focus on one thing.

Go Bills!

The Zoo

Hi Granny!  Did I tell you that I went to the Buffalo Zoo?  Here is proof!

I saw LOTS of animals there.  Like this peacock.

I also played and jumped in some puddles.  Puddles are awesome.

I had a great time with Christy.  She sure knows a lot about animals.  She also bought me my new giraffe.  I named him Jerry.  He can be friends with Ella the Elephant, Dolly the Doll and Barry the Bear.  We are very creative at my house.

Fredonia

Hi Granny!  Didn't we have a great time in Fredonia yesterday?  I sure did.  I got to play with a cat, which was really nice because I miss Poppy and Jack.

I got to try out a new set of wheels.

Which came in handy while traveling to get my milk.

I even got to play cars with Jory.

And he didn't even seem to get mad when I broke it.  By the way, if you are keeping track, that is two broken toys so far this trip.

The Kasslers

Hi Granny!  I've been spending a lot of time with the Kasslers.  They are all so much fun.  Mimi helps me pick flowers AND lets me put stickers all over her face.

She also has a special Big Bird chair for me!  How did she know that the Bird is my favorite thing in the whole world?

Christy has a guinea pig named Merlin.  I helped him use the phone to call Joe.

Here are all of us ladies!

Great Mama and Tracy

Hi Granny!  I had lots of fun with Great Mama yesterday.  She had a very cool wooden doll for me to play with.

We made her dance and clap her hands.

Then I broke one of her arms off, so I decided to take a rest in the rocking chair.

Great Mama and I looked through some photos.  Granny, there were some of me when I was only a week old!  I was very little (and extremely cute).

I also got to have a visit with Tracy!  It was so much fun.  I put stickers all over her and she read me lots of books.

Going Through a Tunnel

Hi Granny!  This is another post about the apple festival.  It was so cool that it needed its own entry.  Here I am about to go in a tunnel.

I had to go all by myself because nobody else was small enough (except for Alex, but he was too little).

I made it to the end all by myself!

Apple Festival

Hi Granny!  On Saturday, my Mom, Dad and I went to visit our friends Joe, Sarah and Alex in Baltimore.  There was an apple festival and I was very excited to check it out.

My Dad, Joe and I checked out all of the animals.  There were lots of turkeys and chickens and ducks!

My Dad took me for a ride on the slide.  He got in trouble for going backwards.

Then we went through a maze made of hay!  It was very cool.

We even participated in a duck race!  My Dad and I lost, but that's okay.  Baby Alex won and sometimes it is nice to let the little ones win.

Addison

Hi Granny!  One of the best parts about my trip to DC was that I finally got to meet Addison.  We went out for lunch together and were very, very well behaved.

Then we hung out at my hotel for a long time.  Annie read us books!

She's a very good reader.

I love you, Granny!  I love that we are together in Buffalo!

Travel and Turkey

Hi Granny!  Yesterday my Mom, Dad and I flew from Ontario to DC.  We had a layover in Houston, so my Dad got me a turkey sandwich.  Granny, do you know the secret to eating turkey?  Well, first you shove some in your mouth.

Make sure you have a LOT.

Then shove it all in.

And chew.  That's all there is to it.

I love you, Granny!
